How does the ordering process work?

You can order the items on the webshop. you can place the desired products in the shopping cart, after which you can continue the process by entering your contact and address details. When all information has been entered, you can complete the order by choosing a payment option. You can choose to pay for orders with iDEAL or credit card.

What is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time that we use for the delivery of NAPA products is 5 working days (if in stock).


Can I track the status of my order?

From the moment the order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace with which you can follow the order.


With which supplier are the orders delivered?

Orders are delivered with GLS.


I have received a wrong product, what should I do?
